Crosscheck

Cited, verified accountability journalism.

Methodology

Every fact-check states the specific claim it evaluates, assigns one of seven verdicts (True, Mostly True, Mixed, Unproven, Misleading, Contested, False), and cites the primary or independent sources behind that verdict. Verdicts reflect the public record at the time of publication and are updated when the record changes.

Sourcing

We prefer primary documents and independent reporting. A claim is only rated when its sources are reachable and actually support the rating; a bot-blocked source is verified through an alternate retrieval, not dropped.

Corrections

Errors are corrected transparently with a dated note.
